Essential Conditions to build partnership in Libraries:

• Work space for Media Librarian andTech integrationists and assistants (professionals and paraprofessionals)
• Clearly define roles OR cross train and have cross purposes.
• Build collaborative or common planning periods AND instructional periods
• Have Faculty and Staff research spaces- Adult Friendly too.
• Instructional specialists go to locations where instruction needs to take place
• Maintain support levels to keep library centers open always during the school day and help is provided
• Focus on NET standards (information literacy specifically)- using it as a common goal.
• Collaborative Budgeting
• Make it a "cool place" to go. Market as such.
